Products may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. The product must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage.
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include opened earbuds or headphones, personal audio devices that have been used, protective films or screen protectors that have been applied, and any products that have been customized or personalized. Digital products and downloadable software cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date. Please provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You may return the product in person to our store during business hours or ship it to our address. If you choose to ship the item, you are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items being returned by mail. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 14 days after we have processed it, please contact your bank or credit card company first, then contact us if the issue persists.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item due to our error or a defective product, we will refund the full amount including original shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund instead.
If the exchanged item has a higher price than the original item, you will be required to pay the difference. If the exchanged item has a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. To expedite the process, please provide photographs of the defective or damaged item and its packaging.
We may require you to return the defective or damaged item before sending a replacement. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label, and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Our repair services come with a warranty that covers defects in workmanship and parts used in the repair. If you experience any issues related to our repair work within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will re-examine the device and perform any necessary corrections at no additional charge.
The repair warranty does not cover new damage, issues unrelated to the original repair, or problems caused by misuse or accidents after the repair. If you are unsatisfied with a repair service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your device back, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee for returns. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for items that are returned without original packaging, with missing accessories, or showing signs of use. This fee helps cover the cost of repackaging and preparing the item for resale.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns due to our error, defective products, or damaged items. If a restocking fee applies to your return, we will inform you before processing the refund.
If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@quaktorxxlexiron.world or call us at 073-254-0110.
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, downloadable software products, opened hygiene products such as earbuds or in-ear headphones, items marked as final sale or clearance, and customized or personalized products. Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is returnable.
If you are returning an item from outside Israel, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs or import duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds for international returns will be processed in the same manner as domestic returns, but please allow additional time for shipping and processing.
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
